AFPI and MEKAR Host IG Live “Financial Detox” to Address FOMO and Financial Habits

Jakarta, October 10, 2025 – The Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), together with PT Mekar Investama Teknologi (MEKAR), will host an educational IG Live session titled “Financial Detox: Managing Your Finances to Avoid FOMO-Driven Spending.”

This session is part of the PinTalks program, aimed at improving financial literacy amid the growing consumer-driven trends in the digital era.

During the session, AFPI and MEKAR will discuss how FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) can impact financial well-being, while also sharing practical tips to help individuals manage their finances more wisely and remain financially mindful.

The session will feature Arif Tirtana, Business Development Manager at MEKAR, and will be moderated by Alfikar Hakim from AFPI.
